Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Marjorie Portiles | MaJi Automation (“Service Provider,” “I,” “me,” “my”) to the Client (“you,” “your”). By engaging my services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
I will provide funnel design, CRM setup, and marketing automation services based on the agreed project scope and proposal.
This may include:
• Funnel strategy, wireframing, and mapping
• Funnel and landing page design (1–3 pages)
• CRM pipeline setup and automation workflows
• Email marketing sequence setup and integration
• Calendar, form, and payment gateway integrations
• Funnel testing and optimization prior to turnover
Any additional work beyond the agreed scope (e.g., new pages, extra automations, copywriting, or complex integrations) will be quoted and billed separately with your approval.
2. Payment Terms
You may choose one of the following options:
Option 1 – Half Payment Upfront:
• 50% of the project fee is due before work begins.
Option 2 – Split Payment (50:50):
• 50% deposit is due before work begins.
• Remaining 50% is due before project turnover or upon completion of the final preview.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
No work will commence until the initial payment is received, and no final deliverables will be turned over until the full balance is cleared.
3. Project Timeline
The project timeline will be discussed and agreed upon before starting. Typical delivery time is 15–20 business days from receipt of all required materials and initial payment.
Timely submission of assets (logo, brand kit, images, copy, etc.) and feedback is essential for on-time completion.
Delays caused by late feedback or incomplete materials will automatically extend the delivery schedule without penalty to me.
4. Revisions
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope.
Additional revisions or design changes will be billed at $100 per revision (or its PHP equivalent).
5. Project Turnover & Handover
Once the final payment is received, I will provide full access to all project assets, including:
• Funnel and landing page files
• Automation workflows and integrations
• CRM pipelines and email setup
• Admin or transfer access (if applicable)
No credentials or admin access will be released before full payment is completed.
6. Client Responsibilities
As the Client, you agree to:
• Provide all necessary materials, such as branding, copy, and credentials, promptly.
• Review and approve each stage of the project in a timely manner.
• Make payments on or before the agreed schedule.
Failure to provide the required assets or feedback will pause the project timeline until completed, without penalty to me.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables become your property.
However, I reserve the right to showcase the completed project (screenshots or demos) in my portfolio, website, or marketing materials to promote MaJi Automation, unless you specifically request confidentiality in writing before project start.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive business, marketing, and customer information shared during the project.
9. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages following project handover, including but not limited to:
• Website downtime
• Platform-related issues
• Data loss
• Revenue loss due to third-party platform malfunctions (e.g., GoHighLevel, Mailgun, Twilio, or other integrations)
My total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the project.
10. Termination Policy
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice.
If you cancel after work has started, any payments made will be non-refundable, and you must pay for any work completed up to the date of termination.
If I must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all uncompleted work will be refunded proportionally.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12. Updates to Terms
MaJi Automation reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. In case of significant updates, Clients will be notified prior to implementation.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging MaJi Automation’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
